Description: Schedules tests according to procedure.  Sets up patients for tests informing the patient about procedures.  Assess the needs of the patient, responds to their psychological needs and answers Questions appropriately.  Works independently and as a team member according to the test being  Performed.  Responsible for assuring age appropriate care.  Assumes responsibility for the safety And comfort of patients, while following the hospital established standards and practices.    
Requirements:

Current CPR Certification.  Registered or Registry Eligible for Echo, RVT for Vascular.

Technical or Vocational training.

Must possess knowledge of respective clinical area to include equipment used, infection control, criteria for universal precautions and all other skills, including, anatomy of heart, detection of abnormal results.
Additional Information: Full Time-Monday through Friday
