Description: As a member of the hospital leadership team, the House Officer directs the facility operational activities, on a house-wide scale, with or in the absence of department directors.  The House Officer provides leadership through adherence to standards of practice, regulatory guideline, or facility policy, as well as patient, employee, and physician satisfaction models
Requirements:

1.                  A current Registered Nurse with a license to practice professional nursing in the state of New Mexico.

2.                  A minimum of five (5) years professional nursing experience including experience in nurse management.

3.                  Critical thinking and independent decision making abilities.

Ability to demonstrate interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilities staff development.
Additional Information: Full Time-Days
